AUSTIN, Texas — When is a Puerto Rican holiday a good time to go?
This holiday, which is celebrated annually in Puerto Rico and around the world, can be a little different than others.
The island nation is still recovering from Hurricane Maria, which left an estimated 6.5 million people without power.
Some businesses were closed.
The hurricane forced many Puerto Ricans to seek shelter in hotels, restaurants and other public spaces that are now often inaccessible, such as bars and restaurants that are open but with limited tables.
But for some tourists, the island has some of the most romantic, unique and romantic holiday destinations in the world.
